This is a workout app I created. When looking for an excise plan online, most routines are given to you in the form of a spreadsheet. Spreadsheets are used because they easily allow you to enter parameters related to your fitness level and tune the workout to your current ability. I wanted to create an application that allowed users to do this while also giving them some custom features that would make following the workout easier.
This app allows you to create parameters and then use those parameters in the calculations of how much weight, how many reps, and how many sets you should do for different parts of your workout. It also alows you to easy track your app through a mobile interface that is easy to use while in a gym or completing a workout.
